Social content built from the research — turning findings about how students learn, and why they put homework off, into posts a tutoring brand could actually publish.

The challenge

One brand,
three audiences.

Through TAMID Group at Wake Forest, my team and I worked with Tuttera, an Israeli tutoring company, on a consulting project focused on strengthening the company’s marketing and social media presence.

Our goal was to help Tuttera think strategically about how it could use social media to build awareness, communicate its value, and better connect with its target audience across different platforms.

A strong social strategy isn’t posting the same thing everywhere. Each platform has a different audience, a different purpose, and a different way of speaking.

What we did

From audit
to recommendation

We started with what Tuttera already had, worked out what each platform was actually for, and only then wrote content against it.

Social media strategy

Analyzed Tuttera’s existing social presence and identified opportunities to strengthen how the brand communicated online.

Platform strategy

Worked across LinkedIn, Instagram and X, considering how the company’s content and messaging should change depending on the audience and the purpose of each platform.

Content & messaging

Developed ideas for content, messaging and social initiatives that could help Tuttera communicate its services in a more engaging and consistent way.

Client collaboration

Worked as part of a consulting team to turn our research and ideas into marketing recommendations for a real international company.

What I learned

Working with Tuttera showed me that a strong social media strategy isn’t about posting the same content everywhere.

Each platform has a different audience, purpose and style of communication. This experience strengthened my ability to think about how a brand can adapt its content across channels while still maintaining a consistent identity and message.
